Pet Policy

Evergreen Lenox Park is an inviting, pet-friendly property with a dog park. Dogs and cats are most welcome with some restrictions:

Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet.
Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated.

Pet Fee: $400 for 1 pet; $100 for second pet (non-refundable; due at move-in)
Pet Fee (per apartment): $20 / month

Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.
